Northern Sustainability Consultants was created by husband and wife property management team, Matthew and Natasha Harris. Their combined knowledge and experience in residential, commercial and estate management combined with their passion and commitment to environmental standards and improvements led to the creation of this consulting body, in the hopes of improving and making realistic and achievable environment strategies in real world portfolios.
Natasha Harris
Director
Natasha has a wealth of knowledge of how to bring sustainable practices and schemes into residential developments from conseptual stages to ongoing management strategies.
Matthew Harris
Director
Matt has a background in complex multi-use property portfolio management and energy efficiency programmes as well as creating strategies for sites of environmental significance. Recipient of a Green Apple environmental award for work on bringing opportunity charging buses to highways in the South East.
Matthew is an active member of the Green Party and has stood in a number of local elections for them.
